The subsidiary Top Brass® was established to provide you with a one-stop service.

Retail: Top Brass® specialises in brass and woodwinds instruments. There is an instrument for every type of musician; from the Discovery range for new musicians, the Classic range for seasoned musicians to the Masters range for performing artists. All instruments give exceptional quality for their price. Before any instrument is purchased, it has been personally played, tested and set up by a world-class performer in that instrument.

We do not employ salesmen. An experienced musician will personally assist each individual to select a musical instrument that best suits their purpose, style of playing and physical characteristics. We pay particular attention to mouthpiece selection because this is critical and difficult to get right.

Whether you are looking for an instrument, or instruments for an entire band, you’ll be guided by expertise every step of the way.

Repairs: The Top Brass® Repair Workshop offers brass musicians the best of both worlds: A highly skilled repairman using traditional techniques combined with sophisticated modern technology (such as an ultrasonic cleaner and the magnetic repair system). Not only is the Top Brass repairman a craftsman, he is also an accomplished brass musician.

Lessons: Private lessons for individuals or small groups are ideal at the Top Brass® studios. Students are immersed in an environment dedicated to excellence in musicianship. Classes are available throughout the day and evenings.

Recitals: Nothing inspires practice and enthusiasm to excel than the prospect of performing a recital. The studios at Top Brass® are perfect for a small ensemble with space for family and fans. The setting is intimate and cosy, affording a venue to inspire rather than intimidate. A grand piano resides in each of two studios to accompany musicians.
