Facilitating the development of such individuals requires a unique quality of instruction, and a particularly sensitive and personalised approach. Partners In Brass brings to Singapore the methods used in famous conservatories in Asia, Europe, UK, USA where our teachers were educated.

We can help professional musicians in three ways:

	Refine the musical techniques and skills needed to perform at an international level. Teachers at Partners In Brass all ‘walk their talk’ – their knowledge is grounded in extensive concert performances, professional development and education.
	Mastery in any artform goes well beyond technical abilities. At the professional level, technique is assumed; what distinguishes mastery from the ordinary is the conceptual understanding of the music, the interpretation of a score, the relationship with other members in the orchestra… in short, the theoretical and practical aspects of music.
	“To learn, practice. To master, teach.” Our Teach the Teacher Programme helps train music teachers to qualify for internationally recognised certification. We are especially proud of the Bandmaster Programme which will help bandmasters and aspiring conductors elevate their school band.
